At Tilt, we stand behind the quality of our sticks. If your stick breaks, we want to know about it — whether it’s inside warranty or outside of it. Your feedback helps us keep improving, and we’ll always do our best to take care of you.

Tilt Hockey – 60-Day Warranty Policy

Tilt Hockey sticks are built to perform. If your stick breaks during normal on-ice use within 60 days from the date of purchase, we’ll replace it. No games. No runaround.

What’s Covered

• Breaks that occur during normal game use
• Manufacturing or material defects
• Blade or shaft failures that weren’t caused by misuse

What’s Not Covered

• Damage from abuse, intentional over-flexing, or off-ice use
• Slash damage, skate cuts, or impacts outside normal play
• Sticks that have been altered (cut, extended, heated, etc.)
• Cosmetic wear that doesn’t affect performance

Important Notes

• Warranty applies once per stick.
• Warranty period starts on the original purchase date, not the replacement date.

Warranty Claim (Eligible for Free Replacement)

If your stick has broken within the warranty period, please complete the form below. Once reviewed, if your claim is approved, we’ll send you a code to redeem a replacement stick at no cost.

Out-of-Warranty Breakage (Eligible for 10% Discount)

Even if your stick breaks outside of warranty, we still want to hear about it. Every break tells us something valuable about how our sticks perform in real game situations. By sharing this information, you’re helping us build even stronger sticks for the future. As a thank-you, we’ll send you a 15% discount code toward your next Tilt stick purchase.
