Warranty Claim (Eligible for Free Replacement)

If your stick has broken within the warranty period, please complete the form below. Once reviewed, if your claim is approved, we’ll send you a code to redeem a replacement stick at no cost.

Out-of-Warranty Breakage (Eligible for 15% Discount)
